Q: I've never done Yoga before...can I do this?! A: YES! The majority of my clientele consists of folks who've never done Yoga or have only done a limited amount before our time together. After the Yoga practice they leave feeling successful and refreshed. Q: I'm not flexible, can I do Yoga? A:Absolutely! i work with all ranges of flexibility and will help you meet your needs accordingly. Q: Does Yoga help build strength? A: Yes, physically and mentally! Q: I am (insert religion here), can I practice Yoga? A: Yes. Recovering Roots Yoga is not designated to any specific religion - human beings are welcome. Q: What should I wear to class? A: Clothing you feel mentally and physically comfortable in & that which enables you to move around freely. (No Jeans!) Q: Can I leave on my shoes/socks? A: No, please remove shoes and socks upon arrival. Q: How long do the public class sessions last? A: 1 Hour Q: How long do private sessions last? A: 1 hour Q: What are acceptable forms of payment? A: Cash or Check. Q: What if I pass gas in class?! A: Remember it's a normal bodily function and know I'm not embarrassed, yours isn't the first I've heard and sure as hell won't be the last.
