Private sessions are ideal for Yoga for the Pelvic Floor. I work with men and women based on their needs and experiences. This may be of benefit to those suffering from incontinence (fecal/urinary ~ stress/urge), prolapse, sexual dysfunction, some prostate issues, and more.
